Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area is a 17, 000-acre internationally accredited Ramsar Wetland, home to 370 bird, mammal, reptile, amphibian and fish species. Over 30 km. of walking trails are open year round with two observation towers. Guided canoe tours through the marshes. Wildlife Interpretation Centre is open May to October Tuesday throught Saturday 9 am to 4 pm.  

Join us for our Sunrise Paddle, July 11, 2009 - We love to paddle through the wetland in the morning in search of wildlife. Join us as we glide through the ponds and channels, watching the wetland come alive as the sun rises. Please call to register. 7am to 9 am. Cost is $10 per person. Free for Members.

Join us on our Night Quest Paddle, July 25, 2009 - A clue, a shadow, a sound…visit each of the eight mysterious discovery stations along a lantern lit trail and then return with your answers to the Centre for some yummy hot chocolate. Allow one-hour to complete the trail. Come anytime between 7 pm and 10 pm Cost: Free.

Take one of our popular one-hour guided canoe tours. Tours leave daily, when open, at 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 1 pm and 2 pm. Reservations are recommended. Cost: $7 adults; $5 Children (12 and under); $5 Members
