Our classes are an adventure in preparing and tasting authentic and modern Canadian dishes geared for curious travelers.
Get ready for a fun-filled and inspiring food day that will include a light breakfast with fresh mountain grown coffee; an overview of authentic fresh, local ingredients and an introduction to the cuisines of Canada.
Next, a demonstration of 4 - 5 dishes, created while you sip on refreshments, with some hands-on opportunities, depending on the menu. The day will culminate in a full Canadian late lunch of the dishes you helped prepare!
You'll take home a recipe book of the dishes taught at The Great Canadian Cooking School so you can practice and impress your guests back home!
We rotate menus depending on freshness and market availability each week. Our classes offer enough variety to appeal to those with certain food likes or dislikes but any real food allergies should be brought to our attention during booking time.
