The North Kootenay Lake Arts & Heritage Council was formed in 1999 and became a society on May 25, 2000. We serve the North Lake region-Coffee Creek to Gerrard including Retallack. Our mission is to promote and support arts and heritage related events in the area as well as supporting artists and heritage groups found here.
