Welcome to MacDonald’s Hudson Bay Resort! Family owned and operated since 1951. We are perfectly positioned halfway between Coeur d‘ Alene and Sandpoint on the southern end of Lake Pend Oreille. For those of you visiting Silverwood we are only 15 minutes away. We are offering discount tickets to Silverwood to our cabin customers that would run up to $7 less per ticket, depending on which ticket you purchase.
Come stay in our charming cabins on Lake Pend Oreille. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cabins; all with hide a beds or futons available in the living room. The cabins have kitchens with an electric stove, microwave and a full size refrigerator. All necessary cooking and dining utensils are in the cabin. Bedding, towels, and cable TV are provided. The lower cabins have a deck that sits next to the lake.
We operate a full-service marina with power and sail boat service and repair with the rental of power, sail and canoe boats. We offer boat morage for our cabin customers at $15.00 per night.
We sell fishing tackle, ice, beer, wine, pop, gas & diesel. Close to Farragut State Park where there are lots of hiking and biking trails.
2011 will mark the 60th anniversary of MacDonald’s Hudson Bay Resort. In August of 2011 we will be hosting an anniversary celebration.
