Sagle is situated just 5 miles south of Sandpoint. Lake Pend Oreille can be accessed from Sagle via Garfield Bay Road and is the gateway to the communities of Bottle Bay and Garfield Bay. There are access points to some very nice beaches and camping via this gateway. There is an excellent paved 5-mile bike trail between Sagle and Sandpoint.
